Prefer medical office experience, current knowledge of computers, such as Microsoft windows, and relevant software; positive attitude, promptness and professionalism are expected; stress tolerance and reliability are very important. This individual must be friendly and outgoing. High school diploma or GED required, as well as valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation. Pre-employment screening required.

Bilingual skill is a definite plus. This is a one location job.

Job duties include:

  • Daily collections at front desk, electronically and via phone
  • All aspects of claims
  • Documentation auditing of charts and coding of procedures
  • All aspects of posting
  • Must be customer-service oriented
  • Greeting patients is an important skill
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Scheduling patients and maintaining schedule, adjustments to schedule as needed
  • Provide administrative support to office manager and president of company
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Participate in general office activities including cleaning duties

Full-Time Physical Therapist (Part-time and PRN possibilities)
  • Participate in all aspects of evaluations of patients
  • Establish and maintain POC's; perform frequent and on-going assessments
  • Perform daily documentation tasks
  • Practice within rules and regulations of Medicare guidelines
  • Assume other duties as assigned
  • Develop fitness and wellness-oriented programs to prevent loss of mobility
  • Help manage clinic and supervise students, personnel and patients
  • Develop and participate in treatment strategies for patients
  • Communicate on a professional level with providers and payer sources as well as patients and their families
  • Utilize manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, as well as equipment
  • Participate in all aspects of clinic management which includes laundry and cleaning duties as ended, as well as marketing

Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (Part-time and PRN possibilities)
  • Provide PT services to variety of patients, under supervision of PT
  • Assist patients with their debilitating situations, thus helping improve the patient's condition of health and wellness
  • Utilize manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, as well as equipment to improve patient status
  • Perform daily documentation, assess and teach patients and staff
  • Help manage the clinic and supervise staff, patients and students
  • Assume other duties as assigned and participate in all aspects of operations including cleaning, marketing and auditing tasks

Physical Therapy Technician

Applications accepted on an on-going basis as this position is meant to be for individuals waiting to be accepted into their respective programs; prefer pre-PT or pre-PTA, but also pre-OT and pre-med considered.
